See, even funny movies can have good soundtracks that doesn’t involve banjos or accordions! Little Nicky was a strange gem of a movie that came out at the turn of the century. This is one of Adam Sandler’s rougher movies (relative term) about the sons of Satan so of course the soundtrack has to be hard. When you watch the movie the first song is “Running with the Devil” by Van Halen!
This is the soundtrack that introduced the masses to a bunch of New Metal (even though these bands have been around for years) such as Filter and Powerman 5000 (which is fronted by Rob Zombie’s brother). Almost all of these bands later found commercial success but it was the song “Stupify” by metal contender Disturbed that really pumped this soundtrack up!
